Where is triselle.com based?

Triselle.com is based in Singapore and is a registered company (201130357E)

How do I know if the item will fit me?

Measurements are provided for each item and their sizes when laid flat. i.e. W 13" should fit someone who has a 26" waistline.

Measurements may include the following:

• PTP = Pit to Pit, measured across the underarm

• W = Waist

• H = Hips

• L = Length, either from shoulder (for tops) or from waistband (for bottoms)

• Inseam = Length from crotch to hem

What payment methods do you accept?

TRISELLE accepts the following payment options:

• • Local Bank Transfer (DBS/POSB) via Internet Banking ONLY

Interbank transfers take ~3 working days to be credited, after which payment verification will occur

• • PayPal / Credit & Debit Cards 

You do not need a PayPal account, just opt for "Don't have a PayPal Account?"

All transaction charges by PayPal are fully borne by Triselle

For Local Bank Transfer via Internet Banking, the item(s) will be held for 24 HOURS from the time the payment advice is sent. If payment is not made within the 24 hours period, the item(s) will be released without prior notice.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once items have been confirmed upon checkout, we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.
