We take pride in the quality of our products. During packing, we perform general checks on the zips and fabric. However in the unlikely event that you've received an unsatisfactory product, please accept our sincere apologies and we would offer you a one-for-one exchange. If the item is out of stock, a full refund or credit will be provided.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please write us an e-mail with your order number, product name and brief description & snapshots of the defects and send it to care@triselle.com within 7 days from the date of mailing.
Please note that:
• Sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
• Returns are accepted strictly for defective items that are unworn and unwashed with tags intact.
• Loose threads and removable stains will not be considered as defects.
• During the manufacturing process, there may be around 0.5” differences between the item's actual size and our stated measurements. Such variances will not be considered as defects.
• Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. TRISELLE will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchange.
• Reimbursement of delivery charges will only apply to incorrect items sent and for defective items
TRISELLE reserves the right to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges. Items mailed back to TRISELLE without prior confirmation with us will not be entertained.
