TRISELLE will not be responsible for any lost mails in such instances. For registered mail, the tracking number will be sent to you. A tracking number, or registered article number (RA#), allows you to check the status of the package with the mail service provider.

^For courier delivery, orders placed (with payments verified) by 5pm Monday to Friday, will be delivered the next day. Orders placed between 5pm Friday and 5pm Sunday, will be delivered on Monday. Any orders placed after 5pm on Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

We ship via FedEx for day-definite, customs-cleared, door-to-door delivery to major economic centers, typically in 2-5 business days. Still, be aware that delays in customs are increasingly common and packages may take longer to get to you.
